Tattoo Deposit
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Most of the work I create is custom, requiring significant drawing time, and because our artists book out far in advance it is important that you honor your commitment when you book an appointment. If you cancel at the last minute, it is very difficult to fill your appointment time. In order to keep our wait times as low as possible for our customers, White Whale Tattoo requires a deposit on all tattoos.
Deposits will be due at the time you book your appointment and can be paid at the shop in cash or credit, or via email invoice. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another appointment if a reschedule is necessary - as long as you notify us with a minimum of 2 days notice. If you cancel within 2 days of your appointment, the deposit will then be used to cover your missed time slot; in this case, a new deposit will be owed in order to make a new appointment or reschedule.
